Welcome to desidees.biz (the "Site"), owned and operated by Frederique Niel DBA Ma Business Coach ("we," "us," or "our").

By purchasing a license to the DESIDEES digital card decks (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

1. The Service (DESIDEES)

We provide access to DESIDEES, a collection of digital card decks organized by themes and topics. These products are digital in nature and are accessed via our online platform using a unique Access Key.

2. Grant of License

This is a license, not a sale. Upon your purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the specific DESIDEES theme(s) selected at the time of purchase.

• Access Key: Access to the Service is controlled via a unique Access Key.

• Duration: Your license is valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase.

• Scope: You do not have access to the full library of DESIDEES unless specifically purchased; you are licensed only for the specific themes associated with your Access Key.

3. Delivery Policy (48-Hour Window)

You acknowledge that access to the Service is not immediate upon purchase.

• Process: After your payment is confirmed, we will generate your unique Access Key manually.

• Timeline: You will receive an email containing your Access Key and login instructions within 48 hours of your purchase.

• Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct at the time of purchase and for checking your spam/junk folders.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided, including the "DESIDEES" brand, card designs, and methodologies, is the intellectual property of Frederique Niel DBA Ma Business Coach and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You agree NOT to:

• Share your Access Key or login credentials with others.

• Copy, reproduce, or download the digital cards.

• Take screenshots or screen recordings for the purpose of distribution.

5. Payments and Refunds

• All Sales Final: Due to the nature of digital licensing, all sales are final and non-refundable once the order is placed.

• No Cancellation for Delay: You acknowledge the 48-hour delivery window and agree that you cannot cancel the order or request a refund simply because the Access Key has not arrived immediately.

• Exception: If you have not received your Access Key after 72 hours and have checked your spam folder, please contact us at info@desidees.biz for assistance.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
