How DESIDEES Works

Say goodbye to awkward "Hi, I'm so-and-so" introductions. DESIDEES transforms networking into an engaging game where you share knowledge, experiences, and stories—and get to know each other in a far more memorable way.

The Game Mechanics

A brilliantly simple structure that keeps energy high and conversations meaningful

1 - Roll the Dice

Someone from the group rolls the dice to kick off the conversation. In-person events use real physical dice, while online sessions feature a digital dice for seamless virtual play.

2 - Color+Number=Topic

The dice result determines which topic and question the group will explore together. A game platform displays the selected question to all participants. Each theme is divided into 6-8 subcategories, with each subcategory offering 6 possible questions for variety and depth.

3 - Share & Build

This is a collaborative 'build-on' exercise. Participants are split into groups, where one member initiates a discussion by sharing their perspective. The others then layer on their own unique experiences and insights to create a richer, more comprehensive view.

4 - Key Takeaway

Once all groups reconvene, a designated speaker from each group shares their insights on the question. This person synthesizes their own perspective with the ideas from their group members.

The Result? Magic Happens
